What does it feel like to be part of 500 students selected across 150+ Nigerian schools and with over 10,000 applicants? 

Pure Joyyy! 😭🎉

Packed my bags on Saturday with so much in my head and heart. Sincerely, I was excited. 

I've had a couple weeks of pure stress and exhaustion, for me, this camp is a reboot, restart and refresh. 

 

Spent about 6 hours on the road and I got a cold. 😂

Worst thing from my POV. My energy was drained by the time we got to Lagos. I just wanted the sore throat to disappear, fr.

Butttt, my energy is getting back bits by bits. 

This welcomed us... 'On your marks, set... Global!"

Indeed this is a call to go Global! 😭❤️

Took beautiful pictures when we got to Lagos and I just enjoyed the serenity. 

The Bridge Program is about to empower leaders, propel us to be innovative and guide us through creativity and impact. Whoosh! Can't wait. 

First moment in the hall. 

Second time in the hall and yessss! It was a celebratory event for us. 

Each person was given the spotlight. You just had to dance. C'mon! The hype was so good. 

Then, they revealed the pictures of the Summer Boot camp Fellows. Guess who's picture was also there? The Ebunoluwa Olufayo! 🎉❤️

So proud of myself! 😂

Really grateful to God for this opportunity and the safe trip. The trip was 100% stress free and everything worked in our favour. 

They played a video for us, where some fellows were told they didn't get in and one of them said something, "I've failed so many times in my life, it's like I have a shock absorber for that, but it's a challenge to do better"

Whatttt?? 😭

I'd have broken down in tears because I poured my all into the application process, the essay, the video, the interviews. I just did it with so much enthusiasm and hope. 

Guess what? Na prank! 😂

These people cried. Omo 😂 

So glad to have them here now, in this hall together with big dreams and large ideas. Yes, we're the next generation of emerging leaders! 

Isn't that beautiful? 

Work official begins tomorrow and yes, two things.

This sore throat must have gone so I can get my high energy back. 

And yes, how would I stay consistent with LinkedIn? 😂

Well, we shall find out.
