      Every Mondays are always like stress-days, today seems very different from the others. Maybe it's the fresh breeze that is cooling off stress and worries from everyone's mind. You have a whole lot to do this week. Don't miss out the wonderful opportunities you are privileged to. Stay safe and be up and doing. Don't let the worries of what is to come weigh you down. You might want to make use of these tips:
💡Drink enough water and stay hydrated.
💡Stay under shades when possible or use umbrellas and sunshades to avoid exposure to the hot sun. 
💡Take enough fruits and keep some with you when you go out.
💡Eat freshly cooked food.
💡Plan your day and organize your stuffs.
💡Pick a book along with you when heading out. Read slowly when waiting in line, waiting in a bus, or while waiting to see someone. 
💡Avoid raising your voice when speaking with someone near you, keep the strength for your goals.
💡Make plans towards the places you will visit, the events you will attend, so you can plan ahead.
💡Spend time with family and friends and have hearty discussions. 
💡Stay away from unnecessary arguments that might displace your plans for the day. Stay with meaningful talks.
💡Speak to people softly and nicely. Make compliments when necessary.
💡Greet people and offer slight help when the opportunity arises.
💡Put a smile on your face and be positive.
