A toss through past Days.

Sometimes we dream so large and we forget to check the challenges that might come along with those wishes we work towards.
somehow, we have all had a point where we would look back and take a deep breath. 'I thought this was way much easier. ' -Something I say most times. It might have been so fuzzy all through but the past three weeks of clinical posting was much more.
The past three weeks, I have learnt these three lessons. I would love to share them. I shouldn't be the only one cheesing at these golden rules I learnt.
📍1. Your health should be your priority.
I am actually making this the first point definitely because you need to see it. If you stop reading along the way, just get to know that your health is your priority. You aren't prioritizing your health if you stop reading this article along the way. (Me trying to make you read till the end, sips coffee.) Most patients coming in have appointments for weeks and they ignore it. They get work and hustle till their muscles and cells can't bear it. This shouldn't be you, at any time!

📍2. Eat the adequate diet you deserve and can afford.
The weight of a new born varies but it would be expected to increase at some points after exclusive breastfeeding. (Do you really need that?) Flips Notepad and changes to a red pen.
This should be indeed written in red! Some newborns won't increase in size instead they become skinny and malnourished as a result of poor feeding skill of mothers. I have observed that we all know the right food and the wrong ones. So what's the issue? We don't know how to eat them, I'll simply say bad eating habits. Let me refrain the key point.
📍2. Eat the adequate diet rightly!
You can go with this.

📍3. Stay away from bad and life-threatening habits.
I'll just list the common ones, if you're guilty, go to the hospital for check-up and most especially, STOP!
📌 Smoking and drinking.
📌 Sleeping too much.
📌 Wearing heels.
📌 Using earphones for long hours.
📌Not getting enough sleep.
📌 Missing the doctor's appointment.
📌 Self medications.
📌Junk eating.
I could go on, but you should know what you're guilty of.
Be nice to yourself and take care of your mind. it's the center of creativity. Be positive and take a cup of water before you start your day. Take time to do some mind training exercises, and physical exercises too! Yes, you! In all, take care of yourself, it's just this life you've got.
    Closes Notepad.
    Drops pen.
Oh! I almost forgot.
Picks up a piece of paper. (I'll write this here.)
So, the deal isn't done. We'll still be at another clinical station. It's Christmas, but you can always stop by at the hospital. Your health matters!
Yours Sincerely,
STN Olufayo.
