Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala was born on the 13th June, 1954, I will leave you with the arithmetics of her age. She hails from Delta State, Nigeria. She's the daughter of an Obi (King) and she had her basic education at Queen's School, Enugu, St. Anne's School, Molete, Ibadan and the reputable International School Ibadan (ISI). She had her bachelor's degree in Economics at Harvard University and her master's degree in City Planning and PhD in Regional Economics and Development at Massachusetts Institute of Technology. A Nigerian economist who has been serving as the Director-General of the World Trade organization since March 2021 has brought a significant impact to the world. She is the first woman and first African to lead the World Trade organization as Director-General. She sits on the board of so many economical Institutes and organizations.
